Ingredients: 🍪🍪🍪
🍫 200g of 3-chocolate chunks (or chips)
🥚 1 egg
🫙 170g of brown sugar
🫙 30g of vanilla sugar
🫙 200g of flour
🫙 1 sachet of baking powder
🧈 110g of butter
The recipe:
- Take the butter out to let it come to room temperature. Heat it slightly; it should be soft but not melted.
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Put the brown sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl, mix them with the creamed butter.
- Add one egg and mix again.
- Add the baking powder and flour in several additions (at least 3 times) and mix well between each to avoid lumps.
- Finally, add your chocolate chunks, saving a few to add to the cookies before baking.
- Form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet. Flatten them just a little.
*Caution, space your cookies well because once in the oven they will spread and may stick to each other if they are too close.
- Add the remaining chunks to your cookies.
- Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 15 min.
- Once out of the oven, the cookies should be slightly soft. Let them cool on a rack; they will harden.
