Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Tracking will then be activated to allow you to know the status of your order.

Depending on stock, some products may extend processing times.

Postal service issues are beyond our control.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery via Colissimo home delivery: Ships packages weighing a maximum of 30 kg to the customer's address in France within 2 business days.

Delivery via Colissimo pick-up point: Ships packages weighing a maximum of 20 kg to a pick-up point located in France within 2 business days.

Delivery via Mondial Relay: There are no guaranteed delivery times, but the team aims to deliver shipments within 48 hours after packages are picked up in France.

3. Costs

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of order, depending on the type of delivery chosen (home or pick-up point). For any order over €75, shipping will be free.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on the carrier's website.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged item or if your order is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work together to resolve the issue as simply and quickly as possible, which may include a refund or replacement of the affected product(s).

7. Local Pickup

You can avoid shipping fees with free local pickup at our headquarters. After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within a minimum of 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions to best arrange a pickup appointment.

8. Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for orders over €30 in the following municipalities: 11100, 11200, and 11120. We charge €5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday. We will contact you by SMS using the phone number you provided when ordering to notify you of the delivery day.
