Banana Pancakes

Waste-free recipe for using overripe bananas

  • 🍌 3 Very ripe bananas
  • 🥚 3 Eggs
  • 🫙 300 g Flour
  • 🫙 105 g Sugar
  • 🥄 1 packet baking powder
  • 🥛 15 cl Milk
  • 🧂 1.5 pinch Salt

  • Preparation:
    1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
    2. Beat the eggs and add the sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
    3. Gradually add the sifted flour and mix again.
    4. Pour in the milk while continuing to mix. The batter should be quite thick.
    5. Let rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.
    6. In a lightly oiled pan, pour small circles of batter, spacing them apart.
    7. Brown for about 1 minute and flip them to cook on the other side.
    8. Continue with the remaining batter.
    9. Enjoy with maple syrup, chocolate, or plain.
