Waste-free recipe for using overripe bananas
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs and add the sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Gradually add the sifted flour and mix again.
- Pour in the milk while continuing to mix. The batter should be quite thick.
- Let rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- In a lightly oiled pan, pour small circles of batter, spacing them apart.
- Brown for about 1 minute and flip them to cook on the other side.
- Continue with the remaining batter.
- Enjoy with maple syrup, chocolate, or plain.
