Apple strawberry rhubarb pie Ingredients 1 punnet of strawberries 500g 2 apples 1 stalk of rhubarb 50cl water 25g sugar 1 pie crust (here, puff pastry) Preparation: Preheat oven to 180°C *optional, keep one strawberry and two apple slices with skin for decoration* Peel 2 apples and cut them into pieces, do the same with the strawberries and the rhubarb stalk Compote the rhubarb stalk with one apple and half of the punnet of strawberries (250g) along with 50 cl of water and 25g of sugar Once the compote is ready, add the remaining strawberries and apple and mix.
