Funcakes - Transparent piping jelly 350g

This is a clear gel that can be used to create beautiful effects on cakes (e.g. water droplets or hazy effects). You can also lubricate the top of cupcakes with a thin layer of gel before covering them with marzipan or fondant. In addition, it's ideal for sticking a (wafer) image onto your cake. Thanks to the clear gel, you won't see the true gel from the image.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, sucrose, gelling agent: E406, acid: E330, preservative: E202. May contain traces of: soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) in concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l expressed as SO2.
