FunCakes - Cookie mix

Easily create crispy and crunchy cookies with this mix. Just add butter and eggs to create a firm dough. The dough can be used for cookies or a crispy pie base. Beautifully even and flat cookies, making them perfect for decorating with fondant or royal icing.

Preparation:

Ingredients should be at room temperature. Knead 500g of mix, 150g of butter (cream), and 1 egg (50g) to form a firm dough. Let it harden in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface (3mm thick), cut out the cookies, and bake them in the center of the oven for approximately 12 minutes until golden brown. Let the cookies cool and decorate as desired. Suitable for approximately 25 cookies of 7 to 10 cm, depending on thickness and shape.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, dextrose (wheat), glucose syrup (dehydrated), raising agents: E450, E500, flavoring (milk). May contain traces of: egg, soy, lupin. This product is Halal certified.
