FunCakes - Brownie Mix

Easily prepare a classic cakey brownie with this FunCakes mix for cakey brownies. Just add butter, eggs and water. Fancy a little extra? Add chopped nuts, raisins or chocolate pieces. Or opt for a chocolate glaze on top! Perfect for chocolate lovers! This cake mix is also suitable for making a chocolate cake or chocolate muffins.

Preparation: All ingredients should be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Place the mix, eggs, butter and water in a bowl and mix on low speed for 3 minutes to a thick batter. Add a filling (such as nuts, raisins and/or bake stable chocolate) if desired. Line a baking pan with buttered parchment paper and fill with batter. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven. After cooling, you can apply a chocolate glaze. This mix can also be used to make chocolate muffins.

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, vegetable oil and fat (palm, turnip), cocoa powder (7%) (lean), starch (modified), glucose syrup (dehydrated), starch (potato), salt, raising agent: E450, E500, milk protein, flavouring. May contain traces of: egg, soy, lupine.
