Funcakes - Swiss meringue buttercream mix

A laborious recipe made super easy with this FunCakes mix, just add water and butter! Easily prepare a delicious Swiss meringue buttercream that is less sweet than traditional buttercream. Perfect for filling and covering cakes or as a topping on cupcakes. Easy to colour and flavour.

Preparation: All ingredients should be at room temperature. For one portion: mix 100g of mix with 70ml of warm tap water for 8 minutes with a whisk on the highest setting until airy. Add 220g of unsalted butter (cream) in 4 parts to the mixture and beat until the butter is completely dissolved before adding the next part. Beat at high speed for approx. 8 minutes for a smooth cream. One portion of cream is enough to fill and cover 1 20cm cake or to decorate approx. 12 cupcakes.

Ingredients: sugar, egg white (dried), thickener: E466, acid: E330, flavouring. May contain traces of: gluten, soy, milk, lupin.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place.
