Funcakes - Enchanted Cream Mix

Easily make a snow-white, light and fluffy cream for filling and covering cakes or as a topping on cupcakes. Made in minutes. Just add water and/or milk, mix and it's ready to use immediately. The cream is already delicious as is, but its white colour and vanilla flavour also make it perfect for adding food colourings and flavour pastes.

Preparation: For 1 serving of Enchanted Cream: Mix 150g of mixture, 100ml of milk and 100ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. The cream can be used immediately or can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stir before reusing. If preferred, the mixture can be prepared with only milk (200ml) or only water (200ml) to make it more or less creamy. One serving is enough to fill 2 layers and cover 1 cake of Ø25 cm, or to decorate approx. 24-30 cupcakes.

May contain traces of: gluten, egg, soy, lupin. This product is Halal certified.
