Funcakes - Enchanted Cream Choco Mix

Easily prepare a light and creamy chocolate cream to fill and cover cakes or as a topping on cupcakes. Made in minutes. Just add water and/or milk, mix and it's ready to use immediately.

Preparation: For 1 portion, mix 150g powder, 100ml milk, and 100ml water for 3 minutes at high speed. The cream can be used immediately, as a filling or for decoration, or can be stored in the refrigerator for several days; stir before reusing. If preferred, you can also prepare the mixture with only milk (200ml) or only water (200ml) to make it more or less creamy. One portion is enough to fill 2 layers and cover 1 cake (Ø25 cm) or to decorate about 24-30 cupcakes.
