FunCakes - Pastry Cream Mix

Easily make a delicious pastry cream with this FunCakes mix. Just add water to create a quality pastry cream. Perfect for filling cakes, cupcakes, puff pastry, choux pastry, desserts and other treats.

Preparation: Add 500 ml of water to 200 grams of mix and beat for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let the cream set for a while before using. Can be used as a filling for tarts, cream puffs and doughnuts. Can also be baked in or on a product such as a cake.

Ingredients: sugar, potato starch (modified), skimmed milk powder, whey powder (milk), vegetable oil and fat (coconut), dextrose (wheat), gelling agent: E516, E450, E339, E401, glucose syrup (dehydrated), preservative: E202, colour: E160b, E101, flavouring. May contain traces of: egg, soy, lupin. This product is: Halal certified.
