Funcakes - Cupcake mix

This cake mix will allow you to obtain perfectly uniform flat cupcakes with a delicious vanilla flavor. Just add eggs and butter to create these soft, golden cupcakes. The cupcakes already have a delicious vanilla flavor but can be flavored and colored as desired. You can use this cake mix to prepare delicious cupcakes, as well as mini cupcakes or a cake.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients must be at room temperature. For 20 to 24 cupcakes: 500g of mix, 250g of butter (cream), and 5 eggs (250g). Mix the ingredients at low speed for 4 minutes to obtain a smooth batter. Line a muffin tin with paper cups, use an ice cream scoop to half-fill the cups with batter. Bake the cupcakes in the oven for approx. 18 to 20 minutes. Craving mini cupcakes? With 500g of Cupcake Mix, you can prepare approx. 40 to 48 mini cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes for approx. 12 to 15 minutes. Or would you prefer a cake (25 cm)? Bake the cake at 150-160°C (convection oven) for approx. 60 to 70 minutes.
