Preparation: Consult the quantity table on the back of the bag for proportions and baking times. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients should be at room temperature. Place the mix, eggs, and water in a bowl. Mix at high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then mix at low speed for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased tin (filled 1/2 to 2/3). Place the cake in the oven and do not open the door during baking! The cake is ready when it is springy to the touch. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool on a cake rack.
