FunCakes - Royal Icing Mix

Easily make the perfect royal icing with this FunCakes mix. Just add water to create a firm icing. The consistency can be easily adjusted by adding more or less water. Perfect for decorating cakes and icing cookies. Easy to color.

Preparation: Add 55 ml of water to 450 g of sifted Royal Icing Mix for a firm consistency. Mix the icing for approx. 7 to 10 minutes at low speed until a stiff white icing is formed. The icing is ready when it is glossy white, has lost its shine, and you can pull peaks that do not fall back. If using a hand mixer, be careful not to get it stuck! Tip: add 1 teaspoon of water per 200 g of icing for a medium consistency or 2 teaspoons of water for a thin consistency.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup (dehydrated), egg white (dehydrated), acid: E330. May contain traces of: gluten, soy, milk, lupin. This product is Halal certified.
