Funcakes - Marzipan, 500g colour set

FunCakes delicious roll-out almond paste is very soft and flexible! This makes the almond paste easy to handle and perfect for rolling out. With a beautiful fine texture, this almond paste remains firm once rolled out. If you want a less pronounced final color, simply mix the colored almond paste with white almond paste. You can also mix two different colored almond pastes. To completely cover a cake (Ø24-26 cm / 20x20 cm), you will need approximately 500 g of almond paste. The almond paste must be kneaded properly before rolling it out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.

Ingredients: sugar, almonds (20%), invert sugar syrup, stabilizer: E420, thickener: E466, humectant: invertase, citric acid: E330, natural flavouring, colourings. May contain traces of egg and soy. This product is certified Halal, Kosher D and gluten-free (NL-090-114).
