Funcakes - Modelling paste 250g

FunCakes white modelling paste is perfect for modelling figures! Also use to make pretty cake toppers. The paste can be coloured with food colourings.

Preparation: Knead the paste well until it is smooth, pliable, crack-free, and easy to work with. CMC/Tylo can be used to harden the paste (maximum 1 teaspoon per 250 g).

Suggestion: use raw spaghetti to make flowers/figures stand upright and/or to secure them on the cake.

Ingredients: sugar (78%), glucose syrup, vegetable fats (palm, palm kernel), invert sugar syrup, humectant: E422, thickeners: E414, E415, emulsifiers: E471, E322, acid: E330. This product is certified Halal, Kosher and gluten-free (NL-090-084).

Storage: Store in a cool place, away from light, 15-20°C.
